There IS a dataset that exists in Tesla. They are literally collecting data from every single second of driving in every conceivable road condition from the logs of everyone of their cars. They don’t need AI to guess road conditions. They just need people to keep driving Tesla’s in all types of conditions to get the dataset you are talking about. And they are already doing that and have been for years. And nowadays every day is adding millions of miles of data to Tesla’s database of roads and conditions.
